Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we'll make it right by providing either:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund.

Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue so we can quickly resolve it.

Because every item is custom made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Buyer's remorse
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
• Accidental orders
• Normal wear and tear
